    For hunters who want a personal trainer for their hunting, this is a 1-hour Zoom deep dive with e-scouting guidance and lifetime access. Great for folks who want to learn the craft and then go execute on their own. All Sessions include free recorded session replays for the season.

    Let’s build a week-long battle plan for you (delivered via OnX folder). You get the key zones, access points, and the why behind those spots to make your week-long hunt the best possible. You get all the information delivered in a custom Hunt West Dashboard page.

Clear as mud? You’re not alone. Here are frequently asked questions.

  • No. Just like a honest outfit, I don’t guarantee everyone fills a tag. I guarantee planning & preparation, not outcomes. Western hunting is uncertain; your advantage is better planning and better decisions afield.

    This is a “teach a man to fish” type of service.

  • Yes—if it’s still available. Once reserved by another Complete Hunt Plan client for 2026, that species/unit/season is closed.

  • We’ll prioritize an main plan and develop contingencies where possible. If you don’t draw, your deposit can roll to an agreed alternative Plan, to a future season, or be refunded if it is 90 days before hunting season starts.

  • Deposits reserve capacity and (for Plans) unit/season exclusivity, so they’re generally non-refundable. If your situation changes, we’ll work with you to transfer the deposit to another service, state, or season when feasible. At the end of the day, we’re not trying to take money for services not rendered. Communicate well and we’ll work with you.

  • Go to the Booking form, select your service, and there will be a checkout page. Payments may also be arranged via Quickbooks for Hunt Plans & Unlimited Services.

    We need to know where you are coming from and what you want from your hunts. Share your goals, aspirations & fitness level for hunts in the booking form, then we’ll reach out.

  • 2. Learn Your Plan.

    Get on a Zoom to learn about your situation and the “why” behind it to make the most of your hunt. That way, you can handle whatever the hunt throws your way.

  • 3. Go Hunting.

    Go on your hunt with confidence to tackle all challenges, whether it’s high hunting pressure, bad weather, or other unforeseen challenges.
