Hunt West Session — $347
A focused 1-hour Zoom answering your questions and providing e-scouting or tag application guidance. You’ll leave with clear direction of how to make the most of your hunt and lifetime access to the recording of our Session.
Hunt West Plan — $1097
The most popular service: full deep-dive intro call, OnX Pins creating your hunt blueprint, a hunt itinerary, a gear list, roads and trails breakdowns, a detailed breakdown video, and wrap-up Zoom. Within a month of your hunt starting, we touch base again on a call to make sure you are prepped and that we don’t need to call any audibles to your game plan.
You get a unit overview, access/pressure picture, glassing and travel notes, timing tactics, plus specialized playbooks for your species and season. That way you roll into your hunt as prepared as possible.
How It Works

Kickoff: We’ll schedule your first call; application strategy starts immediately; deep research and map work begin on the timeline we set for Complete Plans.
Delivery: You get a web page with all the information we discuss in it. For Complete Plans, you get the full blueprint—terrain, pressure, glassing strategy, approach routes, and timing—built for your ability, schedule, and vehicle access.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I don’t draw my first-choice tag?
We’ll prioritize an A-plan and build B/C-options where possible. If you don’t draw, your deposit can roll to an agreed alternative Plan, to a future season, or be refunded if it is 90 days before hunting season starts.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits reserve capacity and (for Plans) unit/season exclusivity, so they’re generally non-refundable. If your situation changes, we’ll work with you to transfer the deposit to another service, state, or season when feasible. At the end of the day, we’re not trying to take money for services not rendered. Communicate well and we’ll work with you.
Do you guarantee a kill?
No. Just like a honest outfit, I don’t guarantee everyone fills a tag. I guarantee preparation and clarity, not outcomes. Western hunting is uncertain; your advantage is better planning, timing, efficiency in the woods, and better decisions afield.
Can I request a specific unit?
Yes—if it’s still available. Once reserved by another Complete Hunt Plan client for 2026, that species/unit/season is closed.
What if I only want application help?
Great—book a Hunt West Session. We’ll handle the strategy and deadlines so you’re in the best position to make good on the application you submit this year.
How do payments work?
You’ll receive an invoice (QuickBooks). Final balance is due prior to delivery of the Plan/Session.
